This migration model shows that people from Tokelau are now migrating to NZ because of climate change, economical services, health issues and education. As you can see the Mainstream flow is bigger than the counter stream flow, that is because more people migrate to NZ than move back to Tokelau. The push reason is negative and the pull is positive. There are many obstacles trying to migrate so I added it in my model.
